Reviewing Research Materials

• Document Assessment: We review the research documents to ensure they meet the required standards. This would include reviewing the research proposal, ethical approvals, CVs of researchers, and other supporting documents.

• Feedback and Revision: If necessary, we may provide feedback to the researchers for revisions, ensuring that the documents comply with the requirements set by COSTECH, NIMR, or other institutions.

• Compliance Check: The materials would be checked for compliance with the ethical standards and regulations required for submission to the relevant authorities.

Submitting Research Materials to COSTECH, NIMR and Other Institutions

• Pay application fee

• Submit proof of payment and the complete research application to COSTECH, NIMR or other relevant body

• Follow up as needed on status of the permit application

• Provide timely correspondence to the permit status and assist.

• Upon approval, pay the permit fee.
